By virtue of creation and redemption, we have been crowned with glory, and honor, and dignity. As blood-bought saints, our bodies have been ordained as the Temple residence of the Holy Spirit. Because of Who we belong to and Who we contain, we carry a sacred responsibility to possess our vessel in sanctification and honor.

One of Satan’s most powerful and successful weapons throughout human history has been to rob mankind’s dignity by reducing male and female to sex objects and seducing them to the mental, emotional, and sexual misuse of their sacred creation for self-gratification. It is the ultimate attack of vandalism on every image bearer of God.

Shameless indecency has become the fashionable norm. Pornography addiction and sexual abuse are raging epidemics. Transgender behavior is the celebrated lifestyle. The church at large has fallen prey to the glamour of Vanity Fair, and in the name of “Christian Liberty” and “Cultural Relevance” has justified its love affair with this present world. Consequently, shame, worthlessness, and abuse have replaced all sense of respect, dignity, and honor.

Sexual sin has proven to be no respecter of persons: adults and children, married and single, clergy and laity are all suffering in the bondage and impact of impurity. Satan knows that if he can vandalize the sacredness of our sexual creation, he can rob us of the power to be spiritually dynamic for God.

In this Seminar, Passion for Purity, it is our desire to recalibrate our moral compass against the standard of a Holy God Whose nature defines the beauty of purity. This course outlines the spectrum of sexual impurity, and provides practical help on reclaiming and maintaining mental, emotional, and sexual purity in a sexually provocative world. It is our commitment to always present this material in a way that elevates the dignity of purity, beauty, and modesty, offers hope to those who find themselves trapped in the bondage of impurity, restores dignity and worth to those who have been used and abused sexually, and inspires a generation of men and women to valor and virtue in this evil world.

The call to purity is not about building a “prison” of do’s and don’ts, or a list of boundaries and filters as an end in itself. The call to purity is about uniting our hearts in loyal love to God that releases dynamic, spiritual power and usefulness for the Savior. The pure in heart shall see God (Matthew 5:8).
