Without faith, it is impossible to please God.

Faith is not just a single step we take the moment we trusted the Lord Jesus as our personal Savior. Faith is about a life long journey of walking with God, of growing and changing into the image of His dear Son. Hebrews 11 captures many heroes of faith across the pages of the Bible who learned what it meant to go forward with God through trials and tests of faith and obedience. Their testimonies serve as our inspiration to take up the baton in our generation to lay aside every weight and besetting sin, and to go forward with God.

Every day of our Christian life, God is calling us another step forward with Him. He is calling us out of our comfort zones. He is calling us from our own priorities and aspirations. He is calling us from the distractions of this present world. He is calling us to spiritual maturity…to add to our faith virtue, knowledge, self-control, patience, godliness, brotherly kindness, and love. He is calling us to go forward in faith, in prayer, and in obedience and spiritual conquest.

Going forward with God is not an exercise in will power and discipline for God, but a humble pursuit of relationship with God.
